Terms of Use
These terms apply to everyone who visits this site or opens one of its demos. They sit alongside our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which cover personal data and cookies.

Who these terms are between
This website is operated by Oxagile LLC, 165 Broadway, 23rd Floor, New York, NY 10006, USA ("we", "us"). Oxagile Financial Services is the fintech practice of Oxagile, and this site presents its work.
By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
What this site is
The site describes engineering services and software products, and it hosts interactive demonstrations of some of them. It is informational. Nothing here is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing here creates a contract for services. Any engagement between us is governed by a separate agreement signed by both parties.
The demonstrations
Several products on this site can be opened as live demos, and some of them accept input, including documents you upload. These demos exist so you can judge the engineering. They are not the production systems we deliver to clients, they carry no availability commitment, and their behaviour may change or be withdrawn without notice.
- Do not submit personal data, client data, credentials, or anything confidential or regulated to a demo. Use sample material.
- Do not rely on demo output for any decision. In particular, a valuation, a credit assessment, a risk score, or an allocation produced by a demo is an illustration of a mechanism and nothing more.
- We may limit, suspend, or remove access to a demo at any time, including to protect the service from abuse.
Output generated by AI
Some demos use AI models to read documents and produce figures, summaries, or recommendations. That output can be wrong, incomplete, or confidently misleading, and it is generated without human review.
It is not financial, investment, valuation, credit, legal, tax, or regulatory advice, and it must not be used as a basis for a decision affecting a real person or a real transaction. Where a professional judgement is required, a qualified professional has to make it.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its APIs, or any system connected to it.
- Do not probe, scan, or load-test the site or its demos without our written permission. Responsible disclosure of a genuine vulnerability is welcome: write to hello@oxagile.com before publishing anything.
- Do not scrape, mirror, or systematically extract the content, including for training a model, without our written permission.
- Do not use the site to transmit malware, unlawful material, or anything that infringes another party’s rights.
- Do not misrepresent your identity or your affiliation when contacting us through the site.
Intellectual property
The content of this site, including text, design, code, diagrams, and the demos themselves, belongs to us or to our licensors and is protected by copyright and other rights. You may read it, and quote it with attribution and a link. You may not republish it as your own, or use our name, logo, or the Oxagile marks without written permission.
Third-party names, logos, and marks appearing on the site belong to their owners and are used to identify them, not to imply endorsement.
What you send us
When you send an enquiry through the contact form you keep ownership of what you send, and you grant us permission to use it for the purpose of responding to you. Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Do not send confidential information through the form. If a conversation needs to cover something confidential, ask us for a non-disclosure agreement first.
Links to other sites
The site links to oxagile.com and to third-party pages, including case studies and articles published elsewhere. We do not control those destinations and we are not responsible for their content, their availability, or their handling of your data. Their terms apply once you leave this site.
Availability
We aim to keep the site available, and we make no promise that it will be. It may be unavailable for maintenance, for reasons outside our control, or because we chose to take something down. We may change, restrict, or discontinue any part of it without notice.
No warranty
The site and the demos are provided as they are. To the fullest extent the law permits, we exclude all warranties, whether express or implied, including as to accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the content is current, that the site is free of errors, or that it is free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law permits, we are not liable for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or anticipated saving, nor for any indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of this site or your reliance on anything published on it, including demo output.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published here is the one that applies, and the date below records when it last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
