A frontier model reads PDFs, spreadsheets, and photos into a structured asset list with a per-row confidence score.
Vector RAG
ChromaDB with ONNX MiniLM-L6 embeddings retrieves the top-5 comparable historical sales for each asset.
Three-tier valuation
FMV, OLV, and FLV per asset, each with reasoning that cites the specific comparables used.
